Yes, we do buy houses for cash. We also can offer additional options for purchasing your home if it is a solution that suits you. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all, lowball strategy. We tailor our offers to your specific situation. Our goal is to solve your problem.

No. You are not obligated to sell us your house just because we make you an offer. An offer only becomes binding after you review and sign a contract for sale.

There are three ways to sell your property. How it takes to sell your house depends on which option you choose. We can complete the process of buying your house and have your money to you in as little as 2 weeks once clear title has been established.

About half of the projects that we work on are with families impacted by Alzheimer’s and Dementia. One of the reasons we have chosen to focus in this area is because we have personally experienced life with a loved-one (our grandmothers) suffering from these devastating diseases. It is precisely because of this experience that we want to help families facing this challenge. It is a deeply emotional experience when the time comes to sell the house of a loved one who has dementia or Alzheimer’s. We understand that it is not an easy road to travel and we want to ease the burden for our clients as much as possible through our work.

It depends. We can still work with you even if you are not the owner of the house. We do need to know that you have a legal right to conduct business on behalf of the title holder/owner relating to their real estate. If you are acting in the capacity as attorney-in-fact, you will need to provide a valid Power of Attorney document to us that specifically includes the ability to handle the property’s owners affairs related to selling real estate. If the owner on title is deceased, we will need to see documentation that you are the legally authorized executor or Personal Representative of the estate. We are not attorneys and this is not legal advice. Please consult with a licensed attorney, if need be, regarding your specific situation and whether you have the right to act on behalf of the owner.

That’s not a problem. We have worked with people across the United States and around the world who are trying to sell a house in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia. We have systems, resources, and team members in place to make the entire process a seamless and hassle-free experience for you, including taking care of getting access to the house and re-securing it. We can conduct closing remotely and also send a notary public professional to be with you as you sign the necessary paperwork.

In many cases, yes. We will personally talk with you to determine your specific situation and come up with a solution that is a win for you.

No. We will never ask you to pay us–not at the beginning, middle, or end of the process. When dealing with anyone offering to sell your house, beware of anyone asking for payment during the process. Better yet, run in the opposite direction!

We get paid when we re-sell the house after investing time and money to renovate the house and bring it up to market standards. You do not pay us anything…ever.

We will invest time and money into repairing the house to its best possible condition. Sometimes we will hold on to the house and at other times we may sell the house once it has been completely repaired.

We have a simple 3-step process to start the process of buying your house. From there we will walk you through every step of our homebuying process and check in with you to make sure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed along the way.

We’re available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and on holidays. To get the process started simply complete the quick “Get an Offer” form and we will contact you within 24 hours or less to discuss your situation. You can also call us 24/7 at (240) 206-1238.
